Installed on a client’s farm in the expansive Wheatbelt, this project features the Aqua Technics Torino model—a stunning geometric pool measuring 11m x 4.45m. Designed to provide a spacious and luxurious outdoor area for the family, the pool perfectly integrates with the surrounding wheatfields, creating an inviting oasis that complements the property’s natural beauty. The client’s vision was to create a large pool with a Hamptons-inspired aesthetic, seamlessly blending sophistication with the vast rural landscape. The platinum pool finish, with its subtle shades that reflect the summer sky, was a key choice in achieving this design goal. Travertine paving adds an extra touch of elegance, while the use of artificial lawn ensures minimal maintenance and a lush, green environment around the pool. Large white pots with native plants further enhance the serene, Hamptons feel. A unique feature of the project is the dual fencing solution. A grey Colorbond fence encloses the outdoor area, creating a vast and secure space for family enjoyment, while flattop fencing around the kitchen door provides an additional layer of safety without compromising the openness of the design. The project faced challenges during installation, including dealing with unexpected groundwater. However, the team swiftly addressed these issues by implementing effective drainage systems, ensuring the pool’s structural integrity. This pool installation is a masterful fusion of Hamptons luxury and Australian rural charm, offering a spacious and aesthetically pleasing retreat that enhances the property’s landscape while providing a functional, family-friendly outdoor area.
